The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time (Term-Time only) passionate and experienced Learning Enrichment Aides to join our Team starting in Term 3! This role will be for 32.5 hours weekly during the school term.
When you join Calvary Christian College, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative Team that works together to create a nurturing and successful holistic learning environment. The role of Learning Enrichment Aide is to assist the Primary and Secondary Classroom Teacher with classroom duties while providing a supportive and nurturing environment for all students with Learning Support needs.
Core duties include:
- In-class support of students who require more individualised assistance.
- One-to-one and small group tuition under supervision and direction from teachers and/or the Learning Support Coordinator.
- Assisting teachers with the preparation of teaching materials and modification of existing resources

Remuneration and Benefits
As a Learning Enrichment Aide at Calvary Christian College, you will receive an above-Award salary between $29.12 and $34.71 per hour pending qualifications and experience, and a range of great benefits, including

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a current positive Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
As a Learning Enrichment Aide at Calvary Christian College, you will also have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students and colleagues, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff in a classroom environment.
- Experience working with students with physical, as well as social and emotional needs would be an advantage.
Appropriate qualifications and expertise, including a Certificate III in Educational Support or equivalent and knowledge and experience relevant to the role is desirable.
