Calvary Education Group - situated in Townsville - is comprised of:
- Calvary Christian College - a co-educational independent school providing excellence in Christian education to over 1,000 students from our Early Learning Centre through to Year 12.
- Calvary Early Learning Centre - a long Day Care Centre catering for children from two years old through to Kindergarten.
- Eaton College - a co-educational special purpose educational facility for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The Opportunity
We have a rare opportunity for a full-time, creative Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our growing Team beginning in May 2024!
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing and communication, graphic design, social and digital media and events across all organisations within the Calvary Education Group, while being employed directly by Calvary Christian College.

Remuneration and Benefits
As the successful candidate in the role of Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will receive an above-Award annual salary of $74,600.00/pa.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications and a current positive Working with Children Check.
You will also have:
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to develop strong relationships with a diverse range of people.
- Proficient level of computer literacy with proven high-level capacity with technology and equipment relevant to marketing and communications.
- Thorough understanding of and proficiency in MS365 (Teams, Word, Outlook etc), graphic design programs (Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign etc) and video editing programs (Adobe Premiere).
- Proven ability to apply understanding of online and social media marketing practices.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of content management and CRM systems.
