We are Calvary Christian College - a co-educational independent school providing excellence in Christian education to over 1,100 students from our Early Learning Centre through to Year 12. We are seeking an Admin Superstar to join our Team on a Part-Time (Term-Time only) basis in our Secondary College!
The role of Administration Officer (Secondary Curriculum Support) is to provide effective and efficient administration support to the Secondary College, ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of curriculum-related activities.

What we are looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have a current positive Working with Children Check (Blue Card). A relevant qualification would be of benefit.
You will also have:
- Demonstrated work experience in a customer facing administrative role.
- A high level of professionalism and personal presentation.
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to develop strong relationships with a diverse range of people.
- Highly organised, displaying exemplary work ethic, initiative, and prioritisation skills to effectively manage workload.
- Proficient level of computer literacy with proven capacity in MS Office Suite, and the ability to acquire proficiency in additional software/programs relating to the job.
- Experience using TASS (including Team Kiosk) or similar school management systems is preferred.
