The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Secondary Learning Enrichment Coordinator to temporarily lead and coordinate our Learning Enrichment program in the Secondary College. This role ensures an inclusive, supportive, and engaging environment for students with diverse learning needs, including gifted and talented learners, students with disabilities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, and those with English as an additional language or dialect (EALD).
As a Secondary Learning Enrichment Coordinator at Calvary Christian College, you will receive an above-Award Full-Time salary between $90,000 and $120,000 per annum pending experience, plus an additional Leadership Allowance of $7,500 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee Learning Enrichment programs and activities across the Secondary College.
- Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Educational Support Plans (ESPs), and other tailored learning pathways.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student learning and wellbeing.
- Maintain a classroom teaching load (approx. 0.4 FTE) and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching practices.
- Ensure compliance with NCCD and statutory reporting requirements.
- Model and promote the College’s Christian ethos in all aspects of the role.
About You
- Current Queensland College of Teachers Registration.
- Bachelor of Education or Graduate Diploma of Education.
- Demonstrated experience in learning enrichment and inclusive education.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to integrate a Christian worldview into teaching and learning practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and educational software.
