About the role...
We have an exciting opportunity for a Chaplain to join our Student Services Team on a Part-Time (Term-Time only) basis starting in 2026!
The Chaplain is a vital member of the Student Services Team, providing Christ-centred pastoral care, spiritual guidance, and wellbeing support to students. The role includes facilitating the Responsible Thinking Classroom, contributing to College cultural events, Chapel Services, and nurturing students in alignment with the College’s Christian ethos.

What we are looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have a personal faith in Jesus Christ, be an active and attending member of Calvary Christian Church and have a current positive Paid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
As a Chaplain at Calvary Christian College you will also have:
- Proven ability to engage, support, and build trust with students across a range of ages and backgrounds and build rapport with students and community members.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with wisdom, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Willingness to undertake a National Police History Check.
A Certificate IV in Youth Work or Pastoral Care, or an equivalent qualification is desirable.
